The Ethos team combines experience across asset finance, banking, automotive retail, account management and customer support. We take a personal approach, learning about each customer’s requirements and providing clear information throughout the finance process.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Managing Director and owner, Chris established Ethos Asset Finance in 2007 having spent 20 years working in the banking industry. He is a specialist in this market and is well respected for his comprehensive knowledge.

Carolyn Brown

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Carolyn is the company’s Finance Director and oversees the financial management of Ethos. In addition to the company accounts, invoicing, payroll and taxation, she also tracks finance deals.

Becky Ashley-Still

OFFICE DIRECTOR

Becky is the company’s office director. Before joining Ethos, Becky gained extensive experience within a franchised dealer group. She is responsible for the day to day running of the office, working with the sales team to achieve targets, and rolling out and overseeing office systems.

In addition to her expertise in office management, Becky is also skilled in customer service and sales. She understands the importance of building strong relationships with clients and works closely with the sales team to ensure that their needs are met.

SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

With eight years of experience as a Sales Administrator and Office Assistant at a franchised main dealer group, Becky brings a wealth of skills to the table. Her diverse abilities offer a range of advantages to both our sales team and customers. Becky works closely with our sales team to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Becky's attention to detail and excellent organizational skills ensure that all sales-related paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. She is a key member of our team, helping to ensure that our sales processes run smoothly and that our customers receive the best possible service.

Adam brings over 12 years of sales experience to the Ethos team, having worked across the Transport, Automotive, and Finance industries. With a strong background in account management, he has built and maintained long-standing customer relationships by taking a personable approach and asking the right questions to truly understand client needs.

Lewis Moore

SALES DIRECTOR

Lewis brings extensive experience within the finance sector to his role as Sales Director at Ethos, alongside a strong understanding of the Chauffeur, Private Hire and wider transportation industries.

Having previously worked for a merchant bank specialising in finance solutions for these sectors, Lewis has developed a strong understanding of the needs of businesses and operators. At Ethos, he is focused on building lasting client relationships, developing new opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the business.
