Kirsten is our sales Manager. She offers a wealth of experience in the motor trade, specialising in supply and funding to the Chauffeur and Private Hire markets. She is committed to delivering an efficient, professional service time after time.
Carolyn is the company’s Finance Director. She keeps a tight rein on the finances. In addition to the company accounts, invoicing, payroll and taxation, she also tracks finance deals.
Becky is the company’s office manager. Prior to joining Ethos she worked in the motor trade. Her role covers many areas from managing the office to pushing out marketing campaigns.
Sales consultant Garry boasts a successful background in the motor trade. He also has extensive knowledge of the agricultural and equestrian sectors– markets in which Ethos has a growing position.
Rachel brings a wealth of experience in operations and co-ordinating administration. Rachel joined the team as Sales Support Administrator having quickly learnt the business she has now taken on the role of Account Executive. Having run her own business Rachel plays a crucial role in developing sales in the Chauffeur sector alongside Kirsten.
Christy is the company’s marketing assistant. She works alongside Becky to help produce our marketing material, communicate with our customers and keep our name out in the marketplace.
Ben Kaye has joined as Account Executive as the company looks to further cement its position as one of the UK’s leading independent providers of finance to a host of businesses and individuals across numerous sectors.
Ben boasts a successful background in the motor industry, having worked for both national and independent dealer groups over a thirteen year period.

With seven years’ experience as a Sales Administrator and Office Assistant at a franchised main dealer group, Becky brings strong and varied skills which offer a host of benefits to both the sales team & our customers.
As Account Executive, Sarah will be responsible for developing customer relations in line with strategic sector growth plans.
Sarah brings 12 years’ experience from Barclay’s Bank as Business Relationship Manager and formerly Branch and Assistant Branch Manager
