We can introduce you to a carefully selected number of lenders and their finance products which may have different interest rates and charges. We are not an independent financial advisor. We may advise you on the products, subject to your circumstances, though you are not obliged to take our advice or recommendation. We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). This is included in the amount you pay. The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates.
THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS
Ethos Asset Finance will not be held liable for any product or service that has been provided via a third-party Lender, Dealer or Manufacturer. Ethos Asset Finance will act as an intermediary between third parties where required.

COMPLAINTS
Ethos Asset Finance make every effort to ensure our customers our completely satisfied with our Service. We understand on some occasions you may not be entirely satisfied. In this instance, we will do everything we can to resolve your issue without delay and minimum inconvenience. Should you need to speak to us please email customercare@ethosfinance.co.uk or contact your Account Executive who will escalate your complaint without delay. We will respond to your complaint within 3 working days. You will receive a final response from us no more than 8 weeks after receipt of the initial complaint. Should we be unable to resolve your issue you have the right direct your complaint to the ombudsman. PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains how we will use and protect any information you give to Ethos Asset Finance Ltd when processing your data.
Ethos Asset Finance takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us.

- Information on the product or service you may request. i.e: Funding requirements, Vehicle Details
- Bank Details
- Driving Licence/Passport Information
- Any other Data legally required in relation to your application for regulatory purposes.
How we handle your data
- We will use the data you have provided us with to source your funding requirements & requests.
- With your approval, we will use the information you have provided us with to carry out a credit search in conjunction with our associated funders. You may request a copy of the information we have shared with funders.
- We will use your data to carry out all regulatory identity checks in conjunction with the prevention of Money Laundering or Fraud.
- We may contact you for marketing purposes with information we believe is relevant via the marketing preferences you have requested. You can change these preferences at any time.
- Any existing data we store may be used for marketing purposes. You may request to be removed from our marketing communications at any time. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA
Your data will be recorded on the Ethos Asset Finance database. In order to provide the service you have requested we will share this information
with carefully selected funders and any associated companies involved in the recovery of any agreement.
Where you are entering into an agreement as a partnership each partner will be required to provide their personal information. An association will be created with credit reference agencies which may link your financial records.
CREDIT SEARCHES
I understand that you will undertake a search with Experian for purposes of verifying my identity. To do so Experian may check the details I supply against any particulars on any database (public or otherwise) to which they have access. They may also use my details in the future to assist other companies for verification purposes. A record of the search will be retained.
YOUR RIGHTS
Your rights to access your personal information

DATA STORAGE
We will store your personal information for five years. Beyond this point your Data will be deleted from our database and destroyed in a secure, confidential manner.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are dissatisfied about our use of your personal information. THIRD PARTY PRIVACY POLICIES:
Where a third party privacy policy is issued (e.g. where we issue a lender’s privacy policy to the customer on the lender’s behalf), it is the customer’s responsibility to review this document and direct any queries, comments or concerns to the third party. Ethos Asset Finance Limited will not be held responsible for the content of any third-party privacy policy or how they collect, store, use and/or share your information.
NACFB CODE OF PRACTICE
The Code The Broker agrees to act on behalf of the Client in accordance with the terms of the Code of Practice of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) as amended (the Code) and a copy of the Code is available on request from the Association or on the NACFB website www.nacfb.org.The Broker will investigate and deal with any complaints raised by The Client concerning the services provided under The Agreement promptly and reasonably but if The Broker is unable to resolve any complaint to The Client’s satisfaction the Code of Practice stipulates the procedures available to The Client including NACFB Mediation.
